Dear Spare Backup,

I am happy to tell you about my experience with your new Lifeline Support from Spare Backup. It truly is a lifeline! Customer Care was excellent and helped me recover my data by going above and beyond the call.

I had to re-install my operating system this week and was looking forward to getting my data back in working order. That is why I signed up for your service in the first place; I refresh my OS at least once a year whether it needs it or not and my previous back up methods were less then pristine. I like being able to schedule the program to run every day without my help and it saved me from losing my last day of work before my TCP-IP became corrupted.

When I set up my security questions I didn't make notes about whether I used capital letters or abbreviations in my answers. When I went to retrieve my "Spare Key", I knew the answers but I didn't know how I had entered them. I worked on it most of a day, entering all the different permutations I could think of and trying to keep up with what didn't work. By the next day, I did a couple of half-hearted attempts before calling and connecting with Customer Care; we had done a live chat the day before, so he had some idea of my problem. Your well-trained Spare Backup Customer Care Representitive offered to log onto my computer and help me with all the typing that the representitive knew I was going to have to do to get the right combination. After the Customer Care Representitive got on my computer and watched me do one failed set of entries the representitive took it over and was willing to do all the typing and the mixing of possibilities till he got me into my data. He typed one of the combinations in and got my "Spare Key" for me on the FIRST try.

Customer service just doesn't get any better than that. I know he got lucky with that first choice but I also knew he was going to stay with it till he helped me get my information back That willingness to help in the face of such an obstacle was wonderful I have already referred my family to your service because I know how it feels to be confident in your information always being there. Even if your computer lets you down, knowing you can recover all your files makes it bearable.

Mark was professional, courteous and above all, had empathy for my situation. He knew what was going to have to be done for me to recover my files and was right there ready to pitch in and help me in any way he could. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The day started out almost completely hopeless and Mark turned it around and made it a positive experience.

I have had great things to say about your company all along. Now, I can't say enough to express my gratitude for your service and your people. I am very happy that I was smart enough to sign up with you before this happened, and now that I've been through this and it turned out so well, you have a lifetime customer and a walking testament to the benefits I've had from safe-guarding my data with Spare Backup. I wanted to take this opportunity to advise you of an instance of the very best customer service that I have been fortunate to encounter.

I am the managing partner in a service based business in Chicago. About 6 weeks ago our company computer, containing all of our most valuable business data, became infected with a major virus which required us to wipe clean our hard drive and reinstall the original operating system. Dear Spare Backup,

In this day of so much internet fraud, it is refreshing to know of an internet service actually working.  I subscribed to Spare Backup as a skeptic, hearing of other people using "backup" services and not being able to easily retrieve backed up data or not being able to retrieve the data at all.  I am very sloppy at backing up my system and "Spare Backup" offered to back up at my selected times and dates.  I thought, "What have I got to lose".  The trial was free, so I subscribed.  Low and behold, our small business database was corrupted and not usable.  I called our software provider and spent several hours trying to resolve the issue with no luck.  The technician assisting me asked if I had a backup.  Of course, I asked my secretary when the last time was that she backed up the data base and it had been months prior.  I never even thought of "Spare Backup".  I should have since daily I close the confirmation window that my data was backed up.  My secretary reminded me of "Spare Backup".  The first thing I did was took a sigh of relief and then thought, "THIS DATA IS GOING TO BE A REAL PAIN TO RETRIEVE, IF I CAN RETRIEVE IT AT ALL".  I Thought, I have nothing to lose but gain my database, so I clicked on my "Spare Backup" icon (which was automatically created on the down load), clicked on the "Restore" button, found my database on the list and within minutes, the office database was up and running as normal.

This is without a doubt the easiest way of backing up.  From the installation to the backup, to retrieving of data, nothing could be easier or more reliable than "Spare Backup".

Dear Spare Backup,

The software system, Spare Backup is incredibly helpful and secure, a necessity for the serious as well as casual computer user. The system allows a generous amount of storage online, for 256bit encrypted backups.  If a user ever loses his data, it's available on Spare Backup servers for restore. The support and development team at SpareBackup has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me.They are prompt and accurate. Spare Backup offers reports that inform the user how the last backup went and what was backed up and when.

I cannot recommend this online backup system more highly!
