How do I use Live Chat to communicate with Customer Care?

 

To use Live Chat, perform the following:

  1. Click the Live Chat link.

  2. Enter your Name, Email Address and your Question.

  3. Click the Continue button.

    Please Note: On some Web browsers the following additional steps may be required:

    1. Look for the yellow Information Bar near the top of your Web browser.

    1. Click the Information Bar and then click Install ActiveX Control...

    2. Click the Install button.

  8.  

  9. The Customer Care chat window will then be displayed.  Use this chat window to communicate, by entering text messages, with a Customer Care Representative.
