To recover a Spare Key, perform the following:
Click Web Access from the Spare Backup Web site www.sparebackup.com
Enter your Username and Password and then click the LOGIN button.
Click the SETTINGS button.
Next to Spare Key, click Retrieve.
Answer the three Security Challenge Questions.
Click the Retrieve button.
