For security reasons once a password is lost or forgotten it can not be recovered, instead a new password is created.
To create the new password, perform the following:
Click Web Access from the Spare Backup Web site www.sparebackup.com
Click Forgot your Password?
Enter your Email Address and Spare Key, type in a New Password and Confirm Password .
Click the LOGIN button.
