How do I delete files from the online storage area using Web Access?

 

To delete backed up files from the online storage area, perform the following:

  1. Click Web Access from the Spare Backup Web site www.sparebackup.com

  2. Enter your Username and Password and then click the LOGIN button.

  3. Click the RECOVER button.

  4. Click the Delete Files tab.

  5. Browse or Search by file or folder name.

  6. Add the file the delete list using the Arrow button.

  7. Click the DELETE button to start the deletion process.

  8. At the Deletion Warning screen, click on the DELETE button.

 

 

 

Note: Once the file(s) are deleted and you do not want them to be backed up again, you must adjust the Presets and or manually exclude those file(s) or file types.
