How do I change my password?

A password can be changed through the login screen of Web Access or using the Account Settings screen of Web Access  

 

To change your password through the login screen of Web Access, perform the following:

  1. Click Web Access from the Spare Backup web site www.sparebackup.com

  2. Click Forgot your Password?

  3. Enter your Email Address and Spare Key, type in a New Password and Confirm Password.

  4. Click the LOGIN button.

 

To change your Account Password using the Account Settings screen of Web Access, perform the following:

  1. Click Web Access from the Spare Backup web site www.sparebackup.com

  2. Enter your Username and Password and then click the LOGIN button.

  3. Click the SETTINGS button.

  4. Click the Account Settings tab.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Enter your Old Password, New Password and Confirm New Password, then click OK.
