How do I manage or delete files from my free trial storage account?

Spare Backup is designed to backup and recover files, and deleting files defeats the purpose of an archived backup of your data. Through the use of Web Access it is possible to delete files.

 

To delete file(s) from your online backup account, perform the following:

  1. Click Web Access from the Spare Backup Web site www.sparebackup.com

  2. Enter your Username and Password and then click the LOGIN button.

  3. Click the RECOVER button.

  4. Click the Delete Files tab.

  5. Browse or Search for the file(s) you wish to delete.

  6. Add them to the Delete List, using the Upper Arrow button.

  7. Click the DELETE button to start the deletion process.

  8. At the Deletion Warning screen, click the DELETE button.

 

 

 

Note: Once you have exceeded your trial storage limit, you are automatically enrolled in the storage program as defined by terms of your trial.  Once exceeded, you will be automatically enrolled into a 50 GB account. Once enrolled, there is no "rollback" to our free trial account.
